These Terms govern all trade enquiries, quotations, and transactions between Lumina Prime Global ("Seller") and any buyer ("Buyer"). By submitting an enquiry or placing an order, the Buyer agrees to these terms.
All prices are valid for 7 days from issue unless otherwise specified. Quotes are subject to product availability, raw material market rates, and prevailing forex rates. A quote does not constitute a binding order.
All products supplied as per agreed specifications. COA, phytosanitary certificate, and agreed documents accompany each shipment. Quality claims must be submitted in writing within 14 days of goods receipt, with independent laboratory results.
Orders cancelled after production commences forfeit the advance payment. Pre-production cancellations may receive partial refund less costs incurred. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@luminaprimeglobal.com.
The Lumina Prime Global brand, logo, tagline "Where Light Meets Legacy. Prime Harvests & Timeless Crafts.", and all website content are the intellectual property of Lumina Prime Global. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
Seller's liability shall not exceed the invoice value of the specific shipment giving rise to a claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind.
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall first be resolved by good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes are referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, seat of arbitration: Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh, India.
